New label Fantasy Originals launches with a very unique concept. Re-imagining iconic 90s and noughties tracks, as if they'd been made decades earlier in the days of disco, boogie and new wave.

Part #1 takes a cheerful garage anthem down a much darker route, contrasting bright vocals with a brooding percussive backdrop. Definitely one for fans of the classic Ma Foom Bey. On the flip, Jackson manages to push a commercial house vocal into Peech Boys territory, creating a fierce and soulful electrofunk masterpiece that never was.
